Yes. Every hoodie is designed for a relaxed, gender-neutral fit that looks great on all body types.
Will items restock after selling out?
Not always. Equinette operates on limited seasonal drops, and many items do not return once sold out.

How should I wash my hoodie?
To protect the fabric and softness:
• Cold gentle wash
• Turn inside out
• Tumble dry low
Following these steps keeps the hoodie plush, structured, and long-lasting.
Does Equinette clothing shrink after washing?
Yes. Since our garments are made from 100% cotton, a natural fabric, a shrinkage of up to
5% is normal and expected after the wash. To minimize shrinkage, we recommend washing
in cold water, using gentle cycles, and air-drying whenever possible.
What fabrics do you use?
Our hoodies use premium heavyweight cotton blends selected for durability, softness, structure, and weather performance.
How long does shipping take in Canada?
Orders arrive in 3–7 business days across Canada. Express shipping available at checkout. Tracking is provided on all orders.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How are refunds handled?
Once the return is inspected and approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
